I read an article in The L.A. Times about you... and I imagine after this article that will probably be syndicated to other papers u will have a heck of a following... Another blogger is taking photos of people all over the country as she travels... Similar to what u are doing, her subjects are varied... Good luck to you!. (I'll be checking in on your posts..)

Saw the L A Times story on artsjournal, a daily on-line roundup of arts articles from English language newspapers worldwide. I sent it on to several friends who are artists. Most in Michigan, where I'm from. But I'm now back in NYC again too. Good luck with your project & new fame! I'd love to e you soon for a location for a drawing.
